hi dan was thinking about weight watchers, is there more access to information on low calorie foods/recipes? although to be fair i did (6 years ago) lose 8 stone using this formula so it definetly works!1

I actually pay for weight watchers online so many times in January (the 3 month plan) and lose a little, stop losing (my fault not the plan), and cancel. This past summer I found out about the itrackbites app which lets you do any of the WW plans or calorie count and costs 2.99 one time (a bit extra for online search and restaurants.) I still have it, but find the tracking more complete on MFP and for me at 60 now, I am not wanting to just attend to weight loss, but also want to know I am eating healthy and balanced too.2
