want to stay motivated

Hey guys..so for the past three years i have been losing and gaining weight. I lose 10kilos gain back 15kilos lose 20 yada yada the cycle goes on and i have a lot of stretch marks from that. I need help keeping motivated so i lose this weight 100lbs once and for all.

What if you stop looking for motivation, and stop the yoyoing, by figuring out a plan that includes 1) an appropriate calorie deficit, 2) food and exercise you like, and 3) no unnecessary gimmicks to confuse or distract you?4
