Hey there. I'm a newbie here, looking for people in the area for some support. This week my work place started a Biggest Looser competition and I took this opportunity to make a change in my life. I'm wondering if someone could point me in the direction to find low calorie supper ideas. Breakfast and lunch doesn't pose a problem, but when it comes to making a low cal healthy supper, that's where I struggle. Thanks so much.

I really struggle with dinner as well. I try to remember it's important to have protein-I try to either have turkey, fish or chicken each night. I pay close attention to the serving size and then complete the meal with veggies. My days of having a plate full of a variety are over. No more potato, rice or pasta to go with my main course. I foucs on the main dish and the veggie. I find a lot of great lo-cal, lo fat receipes online. I just google my main protein that I'd like to cook with that night and you'll find receipes. Good Luck!!!

Substitute ground turkey in for ground beef. It lowers the calories, lowers the fat, and increases the protein. And I've found out it tastes very good!0
