Workout plan??

I'm looking for a good workout plan... has anyone heard of a simply fit board? You stand on it and twist.... well I have 10 minutes on that twice a day walk 30 minutes twice a day... is it to much to add some squats in there?

"Too much" would depend on your fitness level...but I doubt throwing some squats in there would be too much.2 -
If it sounds fun to you, then do it! Experiment!1

Find things you enjoy doing that are physical and start there, otherwise its just a chore you do and easy to procrastinate. Options are endless from fun volleyball leagues, dance groups, fitness classes, etc...2

A good plan has to align with two things....
Your goal - have a serious think about what your fitness/exercise goals are now and in the future.
Your restrictions - injuries, time, equipment, weight etc. etc.
And then you factor in enjoyment.
Try everything. Push yourself to improve your capabilities (progressivley!). Keep at it for life.1
