I am looking for a partner to check in daily until January 1, who wants to commit to checking in and sharing goals, progress and set backs. You in?
A little about me - 31 year old, 133 lbs, trying to get to 125 by xmas, totally doable but I've not been able to get under 130 for 3 years. I work out 3-4 days a week, but want to bring it up to 5, and have to face the facts that my metabolism just isn't what it used to be.

For any of you on this thread who are still looking for a buddy (like I am), please message me. I am going to start a four week goal tomorrow (Monday 25 Sept) to eat clean (whole grains and limited processed sugar) for at least five days a week. Most of all lose 10 lbs by Thanksgiving. Would love some buddies who want to keep in touch daily so we feel accountable to each other.1
