Food Diary to lose 80-90 lbs

I'm curious to see if anyone who has lost 80-90 lbs would be willing to share their food diary. I'm not interested in any unrealistic diets that are unlikely to stick for the long haul. I would like to see that it is possible to lose and still enjoy life in the process. Thanks in advance! P. S. Any other advice from a successful "loser" would be appreciated. ☺

The best long-haul diet is one that you build yourself. Concentrate on when/how/what you like to eat. Log what you eat for a couple of weeks and then you can go back through and see where you might eat smaller portions and/or make satisfying substitutions. I aim for about 80% of my calories from nutrient-dense foods and 20% from treats.

I've lost ~140 pounds since February of 2015. I won't open my diary but I'll give you the basic outline of what I do most days:

    hot tea
Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich and a 50-calorie square of chocolate (I get hungry if I don't have enough protein early in the day.)
    hot tea
oatmeal (7 grams of butter and 2 packets of instant oatmeal)
    hot tea
evening meal (frozen dinner [typically Lean Cuisine] and a whole bag of steam-in-bag veggies without sauce)
    hot tea
    protein bar
    hot tea

My evening meal is the only one with much variety. I've never been culinarily adventurous.

If I'm going to eat at a restaurant, I'll generally skip the oatmeal meal to use those calories plus the evening meal calories toward eating out.
