    Personal goals for August (sorry, I have more than one!)
    Goal 1 - track every day
    Goal 2 - drink 64 oz of water daily
    Goal 3 - Do c25K training per schedule

    I'm glad to see so much interest! To find this thread again next time you want to update, go to "My Topics". You will have to scroll down to find it. "My Topics" shows all the threads you have posted to. I'm not sure if there is a way to add it to your favorites. However, you could bookmark it in your browser.

    End of August Goal- 180
    Personal Goal- run at LEAST 3-4 times a week- No more Gelato!!!

    Mini Goal - 133lbs (12th Aug friends wedding)
    GW for Aug - 130lbs
    Self Challenge: 30ds at least 5x per week and only eat bread 1day a week (fav food!)

    I've been looking for a challenge. Count me in.
    Starting weight: 240
    End goal weight: 230
    Self challenge: Track every day
    64 oz or more water a day. Rain, I also have trouble with this but when I do it - I feel better and eat better :-)
    No hard core sugar products (candy, cookies, cake, etc.)
    Walk every day (I'm pretty good about my walking but tend to do too many "skip days")

    Let the challenge begin.

    GW for August: 140 lbs
    Self-Challenge: exercise at least 30 minutes/ 300 calories burned 5x per week
