I've lost 130 pounds so far and I'm working on my last 20+ pounds. I'm just now returning to MFP, hoping that coming back to where it all began will help me achieve that goal.

I'm looking for active and supportive people to continue on this journey and helping me succeed in what seems to have been a journey on a standstill!

That’s awesome! I lost 50lbs and gained half of it back. So I’m back on the wagon trying to lose about 50lbs from here. Support and motivation are always the hardest to find.

That is awesome! Thats an inspiration to many. Can I ask what you've done to achieve such a high goal?

A major part of my success was really paying attention to what I was consuming. I switched from drinking Coke all day long to drinking water only. That has helped me immensely. Working out also helped me a lot. I started doing things I enjoyed doing; from games played with the Kinect to basketball and Zumba. You definitely stick more to things you enjoy doing, than the ones you have to force yourself.

However, the reaon I'm here again is because I'm lacking in both those departments right now. I'm slacking off more on my food and can't find motivation to do anything.

I've been working on losing 20-25 pounds for the past 9 months. I've lost 18 so I'm happy with 2# a month. It's a slow journey but since it's almost maintenance, with a tweak, if you do it slowly you'll be prepared for the rest of your life in maintenance. Add me if I can help.
