    you are amazing I have 200+ lbs to lose and its seems so daunting but I see how you accomplished this I would love to know how you found the motivation and what you ate how you started excercising etc. Its a challenge. congratulations you look amazing.

    Wow! I was just about to give up. Today is day 705 on my streak and I've been gaining weight this year, which really scares me. I have so much to lose. Then I see your post, and I'm so thrilled to see all these other people who are in the same boat! I have about 130 pounds to lose. At least.

    My goal is to lose 120 pounds, and I am currently down 55. Congratulations on your success - that is very inspiring.

    300 lbs as of June 2017
    245 as of 10/30/2017
    Goal weight: 180
    Expect to hit goal weight by March 2018
    Losing on average 4 lbs per week. Exercise every day (1 hour of cardio) and have a good, nutrient rich diet. Use MFP to count calories.

    Anyone reading, feel free to add me if you want someone in your corner! I log in daily, log all exercise and food, and have an open food diary.

    Had! I've reached my original goal of just getting inside the normal BMI range (250 lbs to 140). Still have 10 or 15 to go. Now I'm down to 135.
