My name is Jenn, I am a RN supervisor who is taking measures to better my health and become as fit as I can. Looking forward to using Myfitness pal to reach my goals.

    hi im john
    have lost 4 half stone and from scottish borders
    having trouble trying not to loose anymore weigh
    need to level off or put on a few pounds finding it harder than loosing the weight
    dont want to eat chips or fry breakfast as weaned myself off and want to eat more health and have took up mountain biking too
    are low fat protein shakes a good idea and nutritious
    new to this dieting game
    any help welcome
