    I feel this is a safe place to confess I'm throwing a pork roast out of my freezer to make room for one of these. in my defense the roast has been in the freezer for 2 years so I'm thinking it's safer to keep the cheesecake and not the roast

    I seem to recall a member being an awesome cheesecake maker.
    I did buy bacon at the store today though.... And had bacon for lunch.
