I can't cook, HELP!!

I have an electric hob / oven which I cannot use because every time I turn it on, it trips the fuse. My landlord had a guy out today and he's going to have to order a part to fix it, meaning I am without hob / oven for the next three days, possibly four if he cannot fit it the day the part arrives. I do have a fully functional microwave and steamer though.
So, for the next few days, what do I eat? I've just come off a medication that saw me gain 21lbs, putting me back within 10lbs of my starting weight and I REALLY want to start shifting it again but I can't cook for a few days. Please help!

Have a crockpot? Coffee pot? Electric skillet? Grill?
You can cook soups in the coffee pot. Or heat up stuff. Won't be a gourmet meal but you can boil eggs for a salad or deviled eggs or egg salad sandwhich.0 -
This is an easy one! Steam bags of frozen veggies (Luke broccoli) and dump a microwave lean cuisine over top.6

Microwave egg sandwich that is delicious:

Also, overnight oats would be good. Salads, fruit, sandwiches, wraps, hummus and veggies, smoothies. That's what I ate for 4 days during Irma when I didn't have power. But you do, so you can also have ice cream!2 -

I own none of those things I'm afraid. This is an easy one! Steam bags of frozen veggies (Luke broccoli) and dump a microwave lean cuisine over top.
I've never heard of Lean Cuisine, are they avalibe in Britain do you know? But steaming veggies is something I can do, I have fresh to hand rather than frozen but that is doable!Microwave egg sandwich that is delicious:

Can't do smoothies as I don't own a blender but the rest is good!0 -
Lean Cuisine is a relatively healthy microwaveable meal. I'm certain that you have its equivalent in the freezer cases in Tesco (or whatever's close to you).1

You can cook almost anything in a microwave that you can cook in an oven or on a stove, so long as you don't mind that you won't get browned/crispy surfaces. You can heat canned foods in the microwave the same as you would on a stovetop (soup, chili, etc.). Caveat: eggs are best cooked scrambled in a microwave; other methods risk explosions.
And then there's the whole world of things that don't need to be cooked: cold sandwiches (deli meat and cheese; peanut butter; tuna salad from canned tuna; chicken salad from rotisserie or canned chicken, etc.); cold cereal with milk; jerky; yogurt (and fruit if you like); cheese and crackers; salads; raw veggies and hummus; raw fruit.
It's only four days, and losing weight doesn't require you to eat meals that consist of some magic portions of cooked protein, rice, and steamed broccoli. You can do this.
Edited to fix typo.3 -
Microwave some boneless skinless chicken breasts. Cube them and have them with fresh pasta heated up or a microwaved spaghetti squash with jarred sauce.
Or sprinkle the breast cubes over a bed of romaine lettuce and salad dressing.1 -
I have a pressure cooker that I do a lot of cooking with. My stove never gets used anymore. I also have an air fryer that I grill veggies in0

You could pick up a rotisserie chicken and use that for a couple of meals with steamed veg and salad.
Some good ideas here too https://www.realsimple.com/food-recipes/recipe-collections-favorites/quick-easy/no-cook-recipes#0708plate-salad

Sandwiches, salads, pre-prepared foods (frozen meals, boxed pasta meals, canned soups, cooked deli meats, restaurant food), canned beans, frozen vegetables, canned vegetables
Fresh raw fruit, fresh raw vegetables, hummus
Yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese
Oatmeal, baked potato, cold cereal, granola bars
I don't have a microwave or steamer but do have a slow cooker and grill so I would probably use those.
