Ok, So when tracking my calories and excersize, there is an * under my calories for the day that says:

*you have earned 300 extra calories

Now are these calories that I have earned added into my daily allowance or do I take my allowance into the negative of that amount if I eat them?

When you add exercise, the calorie tracker automatically adds the "exercise" calories to your daily goal...
Say ou goal (before exercise) is 1200. It says you earned an extra 300, making your daily "goal" 1500. You're allowed to eat those 300 cal! :flowerforyou:

Please do eat at least some of those extra calories, some people are tempted not to, but then put their body into starvation mode. I always eat at least half of the extra calories I burn.

I'm off for cheese and biscuits now, as I did 690 calories of exercise today :)

You may not want to eat all of them unless you are using a HRM to to track calories. The database overestimates by a lot. If you are losing weight with eating all of them then great, if not try eating half.

Oh, I have no issued eating those bad boys! I just wasn't sure if it added those into my daily goal or if it was just noted and I would have to take the goal section into the negative of that amount to account for them.

    Thanks!
