How come strength training exercises are not subtracted from calories burned for exercises? Is there a way to manually add to include an estimate of calories burned off?

Search strength training under cardio.0
-
Add it under carido.0
-
Try under the "cardiovascular" button - you should find strength training in there!0

I enter mine under cardio. I googled how much someone at my weight and height would potentially burn doing strength training and use that.0

You could find a generic strength training under the cardio exercise search listing. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but I use it when I take a 60 min Total Body Strength training class at my gym. Hope this helps.0

Also, if you do your moves in quick succession with little rest in between, it's under circuit training.0
