Hi. I'm a 25 year old from Wisconsin. I have been eating right and exercising everyday for the past month minus a cheat day here and there. I have not seen any progress so far and I'm quite disappointed. It may have to do with my muscle gain, I'm not sure. I decided to make an account on here to track my eating a little more accuratly. So anyway, I need friends for motivation because I am very serious about losing weight. I am looking to lose about 25 to 30 pounds in total. Feel free to add me if you also want some motivation.

Thank you for your tip. I don't have any details yet, as I just started on this app today. But you can see my food and exercise diary for today. I eat the same thing almost everyday and do the same exercise, apart from switching up the dinner. But I keep it healthy similar to what I had.0 -
