Quest all purpose baking protein powder

Hi! Has anyone tried this stuff? Can you taste it at all?

    I've never heard of this stuff, and now I'm curious, too, so I'm giving it a bump. Is it enriched wheat flour or some other grain/nut + protein powder?

    No it's a protein powder used for baking. No flavor added to it.

    I want to purchase it but not sure if it is good. Reviews say it is.

    I love it- use it to make protein waffles! It has a protein taste same as regular Quest, but it's not sweetened. There are a lot of recipes online, but I personally wouldn't drink it as a shake. In a smoothie with flavored stuff I think it would be awesome bc it won't end up overly sweet :smile:

    Update guys! I purchased it and made muffins and they were great. I really can't taste it at all. Made a shake and that was nasty. So only use for baking.
