How can I lose the fat on my upper body? My stomach hangs over because I’m an apple shaped, and I personally hate this shape. I feel I’ll never be satisfied with the way I look. I’m 22 years old and I’m terrified I’ll be left with horrible lose skin. HELP

Eat at a calorie deficit. Make sure it's not too aggressive, as losing too quickly will increase the likelihood of loose skin. You can't spot reduce fat (ie you can't make it come off your stomach area only), it will come off where it wants to. Doing some form of resistance training as you lose weight will help you to look better once you're done. You're young, so your skin still has good elasticity and will likely be fine so long as you lose at a reasonable pace.

I am also an apple shape so I relate to how frustrating it is to lose weight everywhere but my belly!

I have been adding in some lower body resistance training to build some muscle on my glutes and legs and my body is now starting to look more balanced.

Don't forget to take into consideration your BMR when calculating a caloric intake to achieve a deficit firstly.
Secondly, you can't spot target fat loss. You'll find that the last place you gained fat is the first place you'll lose it from, so make sure you're achieving a calorie deficit, whether you incorporate exercise or not is up to you but you'll almost certainly see results sooner if you do! If you need any help calculating your BMR and a caloric intake to accommodate a deficit, I'm happy to help so feel free to add/message me! :)
