Tomorrow is the beginning, AGAIN.
Tomorrow it is back to logging my food and exercise. Joined a gym, 9 Round (kickboxing circuit training) and I am going to be going 5 days a week. Hopefully this kick starts my weight loss journey.

    tomorrow is my beginning AGAIN as well, I had been doing well and fell off the wagon hard. Good luck to you

    I joined 9Round in July. Have you done their workouts before? The trainers told my husband and me to start off only doing 3 workouts per week for about 6 weeks so we don't burn out. You might be in better shape than we are and can handle 5 days/week. But my experience is that 3x/wk. was just what the doctor ordered. I'll be ready to increase the frequency Sept 1.

    I've been a member for about 3 weeks now and to be honest this is my happy place. I look forward to going thru out the day. Yes, I am drained when I leave but it's well worth it.
