Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I started working out about 2 weeks ago, almost everyday and became on a strict diet. So far i dropped 10 pounds which was my initial goal ( currently 139.8). Just changed my goal now to lose more body fat and build more muscle! Cheers!

Hitt workouts are a killer but I like the idea that there short but straight to the point!!!! ..

WOW.. U were doing 2x a day that's crazy I do 30 min and I'm DONE LOL... but u see faster results with Hitt workouts for sure....im glad to hear someone out there is feeling the burn like I am lol.... keep it up0

Yes for sure would like that;) that would be awesome to have a friend that likes the same workouts to workout with cuz theres many people that can keep up with Hitt and I love speedy walking and jogging too1
