  • THANK YOU! My victory: a coworker told me he could tell I had lost weight. I've only lost 5 pounds!

Thanks, Ed. Feeling the love and sending it right back to you! Major victory happened for me over the weekend. Fit into a sizzling strapless size 8 dress to tantalize the hubby!

Today I had two, yes TWO victories.

    1. I realized that as of my weigh-in today, I have reached 10% of my goal weight. It's only nine pounds, but that is still 10%!
    2. Yesterday was an "off" day diet wise and I still managed to lose almost 3 pounds since my last weigh in.

    What an awesome Monday!

Thanks for the continued love and support! You're the best! XOXO :smooched:  :flowerforyou:

My victory for today was to finally have gotten back on track after spending a whole week out of town and attending my niece's graduation party. I backtracked about 5 pounds, but that is all gone now and I am ready to tackle my August challenge of losing 10 pounds this month.

I hope everyone can take the time and realize what their victory is today whether it be on the scale or not. :)

Totally splurged on fast food big time yesterday and still managed to lose some weight. Not as much as I would have hoped for, but atleast it's somethin'.

My victories: kicking the sniffles, back to the gym, and starting p90x today. No style points, just pure old fashioned sweating! And it feels good!

Funny, you were just on my mind too! LOL prob cause I just posted on your calories burned workout, but ya know, whatever!

My victory? Hehe.. I already posted to my profile, but in case random strangers need a good laugh as well, why not share on the forum? While jumping on the trampoline with my 2 yr old nephew today, my shorts fell off!!! Thank heavens the older two boys were not out there, but I had a pretty good laugh over it, and it prepared me for later, when the oldest (almost 14) and the 2 yr old and I were playing chase in the house... I'm their aunt, I get to be irresponsible!... And it happened again! Thank heavens I caught them that time! Time for belts! Lol and these are/were my favorite denim shorts too...!
