Active in the UAC (http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10609923/introductions#latest) and TBL (http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/113559-the-biggest-loser-monthly-challenge) groups.

Lost 25kg since Jan 1 this year (91.5kg to 66.2kg). Now in maintenance. No gym, no special foods, just MFP tracking and regular exercise (walking and bodyweight).

Happy to talk weight management with local people.
