Hamstring injury - change macros and calories

After being a bit twingy for a few days, my hamstring suddenly became very sore whilst running. Sharp stabbing pain from gluteus down middle of hamstring which meant I had to walk home.
Assuming I'm not running for a few weeks till it's healed, should I change my macros or calories to aid healing?
Currently 5'4", 132lbs with 1360 a day. Macros split 45% carbs, 30% protein, 25% fat.

Eating at maintenance might help2

Your body needs calories to heal - eat at maintenance3

As others have noted, don't try to lose weight while injured. Maintaining is good. If you must cut calories, don't cut the protein. You'll need it to heal.1

Thanks all. I'll go to maintenance and keep my protein high - it's already 130-140g a day.1
