I have been on and off MFP for few years now, but I never reached to the community or made any friends, I think I just never realized how important to support each other in the fitness journey. my name is Emma, and I hope this time I do it right..

    Hi Emma. Like you I have been here for years but I didn't even venture in these parts.
    I just find coming are so inspirational it really does help.
