Anyone know about TRX anchors?

I would like to set up a room or possibly outdoor areas in my home for some TRX work. I was wondering what kinds of anchors I may use that will hold various apparatus and my body weight and allow a range of different kinds of exercises and some ideas on how to set them up safely. Cheers!

Depends on what you're anchoring to.
There are various d-rings and wall anchors available at any home improvement store and some are rated for 5000 pounds. if you're going into concrete secure it with wedge or sleeve anchors. If you're going into wood, you can use lag bolts. Never ever assume a drywall anchor is enough. You'll faceplant.
If you have a garage with exposed ceiling joists just throw a sling over one of them and run the TRX strap through it. This also works on large tree branches and swing sets.
This one is expensive as all get out, but it will give you an idea of what I'm talking about.
