Apple recipes needed

It's that time of year again, I have 3 apple trees which usually yield around 10 large boxes of cooking apples. Half of which I can usually give away / force upon family, friends, neighbours, work colleagues. I have just finished the last of the stewed apples and damsons out of the freezer from last year. Please no jam or chutney recipes as my cupboards still have those dating back to 2014 harvest!! I love apples, there's got to be loads of recipes out there to try, particularly interested in any savoury recipe ideas. And new ideas for making them "keep". Thanks guys!!

There are some apple cheddar loaf recipes floating around but again I'm not sure how many apples that will use up.

I like pork chops with apples.

I have a great recipe for apple, onion, mustard pork chops. They freeze nicely too. I can't post up right now, but will later today.

If I am making pork, which is seldom, I slice up an apple and add it to the roasting pan about 1/2 hour before the roast will be done, and sprinkle them with just a bit of cinnamon-sugar. I also do the same when I am just pan frying a chop, except I add them at the beginning of frying. Dicing an apple and adding some to pancake or waffle batter adds a sweet taste to them. A sliced apple with cinnamon-sugar is my go-to afternoon snack. Any of the bakery items I could make have an insane amount of calories!

Fruit Leather (we had mass fruit trees growing up on a farm when we were little and loved these for grab & go)! Dried fruit...YUM!

I'm going to have to look into how to dry apples, surely it's easier than I imagine!!

I am making these pork chops with apples and onions tonight. I uses half and half instead of heavy whipping cream and they still turn out great!

These would be great for do-it-yourself oatmeal pouches.

Chopped apples in coleslaw. Apple-Jicama salad. Great in green salads with sunflower seeds (I like Newman's Apple Cider vinaigrette).
