10 minute solutions - target toning

I tried searching for the answer, but was unable to find an actual answer, so thought I would ask...

I have the 10 minute solutions - target toning on my netflix instant watch que and was going to do some again today, but am unable to figure out what I would categorize that under on here. would it be aerobics general, aerobics low impact, something else???? here is a link to explain a little more about the exercises http://www.amazon.com/10-Minute-Solution-Target-Beginners/dp/B0002J58NI There is a 10 minute section for each of these: abs, thighs, arms & shoulders, butt, and a bonus power stretch (which I know that would go under some type of stretching, I think there is a category for that).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! :)
