I have been following the calorie guidelines for over a week and I weighed myself last night when I went to work out and I didn't lose anything. I don't get to exercise in the gym 3 times a week but I have 2 times this week so far. I thought i would lose something. How irritating. When will I begin to see a little result?

I didn't lose my anything until my third week. Many lose up to 8 lbs their first week. Everyone's different. Stick with it :flowerforyou:0

Sometimes it can take up to a month. If it was easy everybody would already be thin.
Make sure to drink water, and just keep it up, you'll see results.0 -
I have been doing this calorie thing for almost 3 weeks and working out 5 days a week and havn't lost a pound i am very upset to i had my boyfriend hide my scale! Good luck in your journey to lose weight0

Just remember it took a while to gain the weight and it'll take a while to lose it. Not everyone loses weight as quickly as others so just hang in there and the weight will start coming off. Don't get discouraged. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0

I also had my scale hidden. When I first started I would weight myself every two weeks, then every week, then every 5 days...pretty soon it got to where I was weighing myself a few times a day. At first it was because I loved seeing those lower numbers come up over and over again but pretty soon it started to get discouraging. My husband said he will only bring the scale out every few weeks now. I'm really lucky that he is there to support me.
Don't get discouraged if your weight loss starts out slow. It will happen. I am opposite you. I lost about 8 pounds in 2 weeks...water weight. Every week since then it has slowed down. I am now losing about .5 pounds a week even though I follow my calories and exercise regularly. However, a half pound is a half pound.
Just keep going and believing in your self that you can do this.0 -
I also was getting discouraged. It took me two full weeks before I saw the scale move. Don't give up, the scale will soon show you something to smile about.0

Don't worry. It took me three + weeks to see any results at all. I know it's frustrating, but keep with it.0
