5'4 and 135 depends on what type of jeans! Mainly 5s. But it can go all the way up to 9s.0

approx 160 lbs, 18% body fat

As far as what is reasonable, it has a great deal to do with your body style and body composition. The number on the scale is in many ways just a number.
For example:
