Last diet ever..

Hello to everyone, been on this new eating plan for a week and lost 2.2kg. Bring accountable by adding everything I eat send to be working well..
Thinking of trying Apple cider vinegar, been reading lots about the benefits and willing to try!!
Has anyone else tried this..
Seems my trick at the moment is eating well balanced meals and snacks every couple hours, speeding up my metabolism..

Yes - Bring accountable by adding everything I eat seems to be working well.

Nope - Thinking of trying Apple cider vinegar, been reading lots about the benefits and willing to try!

Yes - eating well balanced meals and snacks

Nope - every couple hours, speeding up my metabolism

Weight loss is about calories. Eating well balanced meals & snacks helps you stay the course. Unfortunately we can't speed up our metabolism thru meal timing. If it helps you stay the course - great. But be willing to use these tools for maintenance, or the weight will come right back.

Apple cider vinegar.....this weight loss myth has been around since the 1970's. If it worked we would be thin already.

Glad that you are doing so well and you have found the key to successful weight loss in making sure that everythig you eat is accurately logged and weighed using digital kitchen scales set to grams.

Please do yourself a favour and don't buy into weightloss gimmicks and myths. As has been said meal timing will not boost your metabolism neither will ACV impart weightloss advantages. Some do find ACV a tasty additive and swear that the one with the mother intact has helped them with digestive issues.

Patience and persistence will be your best frineds on this road. Keep going and trust in the process. Eat in a way you enjoy and can sustain for the rest of your life. There will be times where you slip up that's normal. Times where the scale won't move, frustrating but normal.

    Good luck.

I've been having the Apple cider vinegar with honey..every morning, in a glass of water.. Just think there are many benefits even if it does not help with weight loss.. Mind over matter..
First week ...... I've lost 2.2kg I really believe that it's because it makes you think twice eating bad food when you have to add it to the app.. I'd rather eat well and have quantity which fills me up...
I'm going to do this..I know I can...

AV does have health benefits; weight loss isn't one of them. It's great for gut floral! Makes your hair shiny if you wash in it.. just don't leave it on too long or you can get burns. My daughter did that..genius child. As for trying it myself, only a few times. I can't choke it down. It's too disgusting.

Smaller meals throughout the day helps with those who have to nibble something to keep from over eating. Tried it in my 20's and it worked great. Doesn't work so well now.. makes me irritated. My life is one jumbled hectic schedule so just counting my calories works better for me. I eat when I eat. Then I log. I can't focus on that if I'm too busy to log it. As for boosted metabolism? Maybe an extra pound a year. Not enough to claim any real benefit. All the tests in these "boost" metabolism tricks always come back with some minuscule amount it helps and then gets filed under "debunked".

    Anyways. Have fun!
