Hi all
I'm a wife & mother of 2.
I have spent a decade & a half homeschooling my kids & pouring every drop of energy into them. I do not regret a single second.
But, they are in public school for high school & I now have time to devote to myself.
I have 80-100lbs to shed.
I recently watched a video of myself at my sisters wedding a few weeks ago, after sobbing for an hour, I started Keto.
Im still in that Love/Hate portion where I'm figuring out what to eat.... but down 10lbs so sticking to it.
Wish me luck.

You are doing great! I found 3 things that are helpful: YouTube videos by Dr. Eric Berg, and by Tom DeLauer keep me informed and educated. Not everything applies to me, but they're very helpful. No TV the first hours of the day, instead, a yoga video followed by my favorite music station. That keeps me singing and dancing which means movement. A step counter has been a blessing. It helps track activity, encouraging me to do more. Keep going and be loyal to yourself and your diary. Good luck.
