Since May I have lost 28 pounds. I would like to loose 8 more pounds to be where I want to be. I have managed to loose just by cutting out anything that is white. I do miss my bread!!! I have started walking 1 mile 2-3 days a week. Any suggestions on how to loose that little extra (mostly belly fat) weight.

On average I am consuming 770 calories a day and 25 carbs. I walked 1.2 miles on Tuesday and 1.6 today. I will not weigh again until Monday so we will see.

How are you measuring your intake?

That is far too few calories!! You are under fuelling your body and stressing it unnecessarily. A 28 lb loss in four months, unless you had over 100 lb to lose, is too fast. Enter your stats into MFP and eat the calories it tells you to, plus half the calories you get from exercise. You should only be aiming for 0.5lb loss per week with only 8 pounds to lose.

Get a food scale, weigh your food, use accurate database entries and log everything you eat. Also, unless you have a medical reason to limit carbs, there is absolutely no need to.

Since you stated in your OP, you lost weight by only cut out things that are 'white', thus lowering your carbs, is the 770 calories day a typo? I would assume not since it appears you lost about avg 7 pounds a month.

It against the MFP rules to promote unhealthy weight loss methods. The proper advice is to tell you to change your rate of loss to .5 a week, up your calories to at least the min requirement.

It's always hardest to lose the last pounds before hitting essential body fat. I would recommend increasing your caloric intake, tidying up your diet even more by getting lots of healthy proteins, carbs, and fats, and adding resistance training.

I am really eating as much or more as I normally have. I am eating 3 meals a day now not just 2. I am eating home cooked meals prepared from fresh foods (vegetables and fruit) nothing processed. Basically the only thing I have change is not eating nothing white. I find it very hard to consume 1200 calories. For example: Breakfast--2 eggs fried with olive oil pam, 2 sausge patties. Lunch-- 3 ounces of baked chicken, 1/2 c roasted califlower, 10 roasted asparagus spears. Dinner-- 3 ounces smoked sausage, 1/2 c roasted brocolli, 1/2 c roasted calliflower. That seems like alot of food to me. What foods do I add to increase calories because amount of food increase I would be stuffing myself and I do not want to do that.

Your perception of "stuffing myself" may be misplaced. To consume an additional 430 calories a day, you could eat 28 g of mixed nuts (180 calories) while you read a book or watch TV or listen to music; add 60 g of avocado to your egg (100 calories); add 2 tsp of olive oil to each of your two meals that have roasted vegetables (150 calories) as one example

I'm struggling with my last 10 pounds. I lost 22. I've seemed to hit a dead end. I weigh everything and exercise. Not a clue how to get it moving again

How are you measuring the calories from your food? When I eat two eggs and sausage for breakfast the meal is 400-500 calories, that's 2 eggs fried with extra virgin olive oil and either two turkey sausage or pork sausage with a tsp of tapatio hot sauce.

I am putting it in the MyFitnesspal food diary and it calculates the calories. I have not been adding the olive olive that I cook with when roasting veggies.

A Tablespoon of EVOO is 120 calories, I believe, (if I remember correctly). So do count that. But, yes, 700-some calories a day seems really low and unhealthy.
