Hey all!
I'm really excited to be joining all of you in living a healthier lifestyle. In the past, I've struggled with weight loss because I've felt very alone and unmotivated. This time I want to try and become more active on these forums in addition to living a more active lifestyle. I'm anxious about if I'll be able to meet my weight loss/ lifestyle goals because I've been able to keep weight off for more than 6 months.
My main challenges are that 1) I have PCOS and losing weight is challenging 2) My job is high stress and unpredictable so it's tough for me to wind down at the end of the day or have a regular sleep schedule and 3) I'm an emotional eater.
I definitely can work on #3 and I'm trying to address issues in #2.
I'll have to weigh myself in the morning, but judging from how I've been eating the past couple of days/how much I weighed a couple of days ago, I'm guessing I'm around 170lbs. My goal is 150lbs, but for now, I'm aiming for 165lbs, then 160lbs, etc. I'm going to try weighing myself once a week, but it's tough.
I can't wait to meet all of you and I hope that we can hold each other accountable and be sources of support on our journeys! I'd love to hear about when you were first starting out or what challenges you are facing if you're also a beginner. Hoping to make some friends and learn all I can!
Cheers!

Hello
And welcome I have lost 100lbs currently but still got more to go feel free to add me0 -
Hey....I just wanted to recommend a "diet plan" that would probably be really helpful in your case. It's called "Trim Healthy Mama" I will say that they have a lot of Christian and biblical themes throughout their things, so if you're not into that that may be a bit of a turn off, but they still have a lot of great recipes and advice. Also feel free to add me .0
