    Confession time- My depression has gotten the best of me these past couple weeks, and as a result, I have been eating my emotions, ugh, glad I haven't really gained, but todays goal (and this week for that matter) is to control my eating, drink 3 bottles of water (9 cups) a day, and to run and workout (at least 3-4 days)
