ok I went to costco today and couldn't past up there food court and I got a very berry sundae, its made with yogurt, but haven't found how many calories it is. Dose anyone know the info ?

    Most frozen yogurt will be around 200 calories for 5 oz.

    If you type in very berry sundae in to the food spot or data base it brings it up.

    According to Costco Nutrition Guide the Very Berry Sundae has 410 calories

    Thank you I found it by just putting it in my log. its 390 calories, wow thats dinner tonight. lol
