Hello Everyone! I'm kind of new here and have a few questions. I've been following a plant based lifestyle for about 2 months. I started for health reasons and have lost 6 pounds. How do determine my calorie intake as well as carbs, protein and fat?

You got your personal calorie target when you signed up. You may have to re-enter your goals now after weightloss. Log what you eat in your food diary. Set your diary to track carbs, protein and fat: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings0

Hey there, I'm plant based and my calorie intake is roughly 1300. I find this to not be accurate with my needs. I am quite active and last time I followed strictly to intake I dropped a lot of weight and became anaemic. Be careful, listen to your body! On plant base you really can't over indulge or blow out your daily intake. I use my diary as a guide for certain foods where needed. Keep a high intake on your dark green veggies daily and be mindful of your B12. Good luck it truely is a fab lifestyle once you tune into yourself!1
