Hello, i am Roni, i will be meeting my surgeon on October 11th and have been on the program for over a year. I joined MFP back in June and i would like to have friends to motivate each other and chat!

    I had the sleeve a few years ago! Congrats on getting the surgery. This app helped a lot keeping track of my protein intake and kept me honest.

    I had gastric bypass on Sept. 11th. I don't regret it. My health has improved in this short time. Hang in there, you'll soon feel some of the burdens lifted as you recover. My mood is better, my body is thinning and I know I made the right decision. Good for you to take care of yourself with such a commitment!
