Hi

I am looking for some advice.

I have lost 2 stone through slimming world but just feel like I can't seem to shift anymore.
I have a baby & planning a wedding next month so easy diet prep would be great as im so busy.

I still have 2.5 stone to lose & I have started back fitness classes - body pump, attack & metafit & walk my dog with pram daily.

Does anyone have any good diet advice, lower carb / fasting etc? I am apple shaped so all my weight is around my mid & large chest.

How many classes should I be doing per week?

    You lose weight by eating fewer calories than you burn.

    Anything else just helps you create a deficit or helps you stick to deficit.
  • Have you altered your food allocation based on your new weight? As I have lost weight and changed it in my profile, my calorie allocation has gone down. I believe Slimming world does not count calories, perhaps you should switch to using this app for your final weight?

    Thanks for advice, yeah thats why I have downloaded this app & tracking on here now instead of slimming world, but was wondering if stickin to just counting calories or lowering carbs etc would also help.
  • Hello, I haven't been here very long myself, but I find that counting calories works well for me. I tend to choose healthy carbs, as too many refind carbs just uses up my allocation of calories without much substance. I had a cupcake today which was given to me yesterday, but I'm only having it today as I'm going dancing this evening.
