Back Again!!

Good morning! I am back to tracking my food after really going off the rails with snacks, drinks and general bad habits over the last few years. I don't enjoy getting dressed as much as I used to as my belly fat is too visible for my liking. I keep thinking "where did THAT come from?!' Time to get motivated and feel great again. Looking forward to reading all the great inspiration and getting good tips for snacks and meals here. My motto has been "I don't want to be old AND fat!! " Age, we have no choice, but our health and weight, YES!! I'm glad to be back!! :smile:
