Hi, I have been struggling with 10 pounds for several years. I started using MFP several years ago and got down to my comfortable weight. Things change, I get lazy and lose track of my weight so here I am up that 10 pounds again. I really like the way I feel and the way my clothes fit when I am down. For me, it is only partly about weight and most importantly about health. So, nutrition is hugely important. Calories in and calories out seem to adjust my weight but healthy living requires mindfulness about where those calories in come from. I find that feedback from MFP tends to keep me on track.
