Hi iv been on keto for 10 days is it normal for your weight to go up and down I weigh myself first thing in the morning but the last few days it is up 1 pound down one pound any suggestions is appreciated thanks

Yes, totally normal. Weight loss isn't linear.
It has been suggested on here various times to use an app that "averages" your daily weigh ins out. I just started using Libra for Android (I'm in maintainance) and it's helping take the anxiety out of the up and down daily #'s.
For example, here's my last 3 days of daily weigh ins.
Monday: 148.4
Tuesday: 149.4
Wednesday: 148.8
(average: 148.6, which was still a 2lb loss from last week).1 -
You're thinking of yo-yo dieting (different thing all together).
This is normal body weight fluctuation.
Keto (or any low carb diet) is great for a large dump of water weight the first week. But after that you are waiting on fat loss. Real weight loss is a slow process. Weight can fluctuate for many reasons - higher sodium - time of month - sore muscles - waste cycle. If your weight hasn't changed in a few WEEKS, then you have an issue.2
