New and trying to become healthier

I have major back problems, which limit me from much exercise. But my goal is to lose 20 lbs in 2 months. And practice good eating habits to keep it off.

    Good health includes patience and realistic expectations. If 20 pounds is all you have to lose, they will not come off in just two months. Good eating habits will serve you well for the years to come, but changing habits takes time, so start learning and practicing today. Welcome to MFP. Great tools are at your disposal, for free :)
