5 pounds in 2 months isn't bad at all. Are you counting calories and staying under your goal?

Pick a scale and go with that one.

Keep in mind that a lot of things are happening that don't reflect on the scale. I know it's hard because that it what I keep telling myself but it hasn't sunk in yet :)

If you are weight training with steady state cardio and managing your eating you might see more success with taking pictures and measuring than with weighing. It's a real life conundrum!!!

It's not about whether you "feel" like you lose weight. The number on the scale tells you that, and you HAVE lost! It's time to have to have a "talk" with those "feelings" lol!

How many pounds a week are you set up to lose? Are you eating back your exercise calories or subtracting them from your calories? It is frustrating when you swear you are doing everything right and the pounds just don't seem to move fast enough. And yes scales can be frustrating. Mine jumps around so much that I have to take an average. I swear one day it is going to find its way to the trash.

You've lost 5 lbs in 2 months which is great - even if you don't "feel" like it. Forget your feelings - the numbers on the scale say they are wrong.
