54lbs gone forever!

Still got LOADS to loose, but was looking at holiday snaps and im chuffed to see im finally shrinking!

The piccy in the long dress is @ 376lbs and the shorter dress is @ 424lbs

Ive lost another 6lbs since the recent picture
