I've been on Keto now for 13 days...lost 6.6lbs. My goal is to lose 30 for now!! Then another 10 if I can!! I'm like the rest of you...tried every gimmick, but nothing worked. Just made it worse. The best thing to do is get your fats up!! I'm doing a 1500 cal now from a 1200 cal and I'm losing weight faster and feel better. My carbs are super low daily, fats up...NO sugar!! I keep researching new foods and plans for Keto!! Pinterest has been a big help!! It's amazing what I'm eating and losing lbs. we got this and remember...it's not a diet, but a lifestyle change!! Here for support!! We can do this!!

    Yes! We can do this!! I'm officially on day 4 and have lost 3.5 lbs. My goal is to drop 25 lbs. I went through some flu-y, headachy, cruddy feelings a few days ago, but I'm feeling good now. Lots of energy and mental clarity. The doughy and bloated belly is starting to slim down already. Feels great! Yes, Pinterest is everything to me right now!! I just made an awesome 90 second microwave keto bread in a mug and it was perfect for mini chicken sandwiches. By the end of the day, I'm certainly not hungry, but my biggest challenge now seems to be working through my carb cravings. I am also incredibly thirsty all the time. It's okay, though, I'm flushing it out!
