LCHF failure
I just cant seem to stick to trying this. I have started soooo many times and I just get lost on what to have. I know what i can and cant eat but its the easiest thing to grab and I am a bit sick of fatty food. I keep thinking its doingme no good. Grrrr

You could just try calorie counting, like this app is designed for.0

Then try something else. Find the macro balance that works for you.
I tend to binge on starchy food, so I follow a LCHF diet to control that.
Others binge on fatty food, do they do the opposite.0
