Hey there everyone. I have had a account here for some time, but I didn't feel completely dedicated to doing what it takes to reach my health goals, so I would login a few days and then stop. I had a VSG on the 15th, and I am happy to say that the scale is moving in the right direction.
I am ready to get healthy, and look and feel fabulous.

    Hi, I'm Charles. Just decided to use this tool to reach my goal. I've lost a lot in the past but need to loose about 20 pounds now.
