It all started on 4/1/2011 when one my nurses told me if I want to participate in a biggest loser contest with them and I said YES… 4 months and 50 pounds down means a lot to me..I still don’t see a lot of difference but I need all the encouragement I can get…it is a tough road to walk…but I will walk it..by the way… I won the $500 price !!!
