I've lost 12 lbs. since beginning, but am now pretty discouraged. I haven't seen to scale move in weeks - before you say it, I understand that the scale isn't the only judge...but...I want to see it move!
I've been logging everything, have increased my activity (also, been using fit bit), and come in at or under my daily calorie goals. I eat back some - usually not all. Have a lot I'd like to lose - short term goal is 50 lbs. but my long term goal 125 lbs.
My diary is public and I'm open to suggestions.. thanks!

Are you weighing and measuring?
Are you staying away from packaged foods? There can be wild variances in calories for them.2 -
You're doing great!!
I'm day 46 and 13 pounds down.
New excercises will affect the scale too, remember. Don't get stressed about that number.1 -
Okay I'll look into your diary.
Do you measure your coffee creamer with a measuring spoon? Same with the Italian dressing.
I see a lot of eating out. Wendy's, Applebees, Mcdonalds, Dunkin Donuts, gas station coffee. It's great that you're logging those items, but they most certainly aren't weighing them. 1 serving of fries from Applebees could be 2X what their nutrition information says it should be.
Another thing, I see that you're eating back your exercise calories. In a few cases i see you've earned 600-900 calories and you're eating back all but 100 cals. Try eating back 50-70% of the exercise calories instead of 90%. It is very common for MFP to overestimate the calorie burn.0 -

The only thing that stuck out to me was sodium. You are almost always over sodium, by quite a bit.. and I know for me sodium is the devil. I would ALWAYS retain water when I'm at the sodium goal or over. I'd go a few days where I'd be at half the goal and see a nice drop on the scale. So maybe that's the case for you? You might be losing fat but holding onto water so not seeing a change in the scale. Do you drink a lot of water? I try to drink around 80oz a day, I feel like lots of water helps flush me out. I feel less bloated and just better the next morning after drinking a lot of water the day before.
Anyway that's just my 2 cents, maybe try to cut back on the pre-packaged/processed foods which contains a lot of sodium, drink lots of water and see if that helps. Best of luck!3 -

yea. honestly I've done this before and struggled with the sodium content - the first month I tried tweaking a few things to lower the sodium but must admit this month tried less..
I will need to work on that and test that theory. You might be losing fat but holding onto water so not seeing a change in the scale. Do you drink a lot of water? During the week I usually make my water goal of 64 oz or more but weekends are more difficult..
thanks for the input!
