I have it set a 5%carbs 70% fats 25% protein- I have no idea what the daily limits are to dairy etc? Need help!

Your carb intake would limit dairy, a lot of dairy would provide too much lactose to keep your macro breakdown as you've set it...0

All foods are made up of some combination of carbs, fats and protein. There aren't limits on specific types of foods so long as it fits your macro percentages.
Another thing - remember the percents you have are based on calories, not grams. Carbs and protein are 4 calories per gram and fat is 9 calories per gram.
And carbs, for keto, is usually net carbs. That means total carbs minus fiber.
You can customize what is shown on your diary. Go to My Home, then click on Settings, then Diary Settings, and you can select the Nutrients Tracked. It is helpful to switch one of them to Fiber so you can easily figure out your net carbs.0 -
