Need inspiration, motivation and willpower!

Been on and off for most of this year, lost over a stone but now i mean business! Joined the gym, trying to stick to 1500 calories and intermittent fasting 16 fast 8 eat. Add me as a friend so I can get inspired by your daily posts.

    All the things you don't need :p You need a consistent calorie deficit, which is enough, but not too much food, meals you like in a schedule that fits your day, and exercise you like enough to actually be doing it.

    The key is consistency:)

    Motivation and Willpower - these can really only come from yourself. You can use others as a source but it's really down to you and you alone to make the changes that you want.

    Maybe as an idea - post about your own motivations and battles with it. This will help. Post about how you looked at your failures and how you used those to turn things around and reach your goals.

    Be proactive and inspire others. Leverage off the feeling that helping others gives.

    Go out there and do it!

    Have fun at the gym! Make some friends, try some classes, get someone there to keep you accountable.
